Yes. A security deposit ranging from $300 up to one month’s rent is required.

Trash services, pest control, secure package room fee, renters’ insurance pest control are not included in the monthly rent and will be billed separately each month to your portal.

Lease terms range from 6 to 16 months depending on availability.

Yes. Dixon House is a pet friendly community. Breed and weight restrictions apply. A one-time nonrefundable pet fee and monthly pet rent apply per pet.

Tours can be scheduled by phone, through the website, or by visiting during office hours. Walk-in tours are welcome.

Yes. On-site maintenance is available and emergency maintenance support is offered 24 hours a day.

Rent is due on the first of each month and paid through the resident portal. Flex pay options are also available.

Yes. Residents must maintain renters insurance. Residents may enroll in the community program or provide their own policy.

Each apartment has a mailbox. Packages may be delivered to doors, parcel lockers, the package room, or accepted at the leasing office.

Yes. Surface parking and detached garages are available. Garages are $150 per month.
